Q 1.  You have noticed many stray animals on the road during the busy hours of the day. These animals cause traffic jam as well as accidents. You have already written to the concerned authorities but no action has been taken as yet. So write a letter to the editor of a leading newspaper telling him about the nuisance created by the stray animals sign as Ravi/Sunita, B/5, Vasant Vihar, Delhi.

Sir,

      Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities towards the nuisance created by the stray animals.

We have been facing this problem for a long time. Often / Frequently, the drivers blow the horn but the stray animals do not move from the road. These animals cause accidents as well as traffic jam. The woman and school kids are not able to cross the road because of stray animals. Many times, the stray animals bite the common people. In recent days, a five years old boy was injured by the dogs. Besides this, they pollute our environment.

We have complained many times to the concerned authorities but no action has been taken as yet.

I hope that my letter will get an appropriate space in your esteemed newspaper.
